We are not satisfied until our customer is satisfied.
Quality is a matter that APCO does not take lightly. Quality is meaningless unless it’s put into action. At APCO, we insist that quality is put into every action by every APCO employee. To extend this idea even further, and instill this philosophy into our relationship with our customers, we created the APCO Quality Assurance Pledge.
This pledge is as follows:
We will arrive on time to all appointments and we will work every business day (baring bad weather) until project is completed.
We will communicate clearly and often with the customer making sure project is progressing to their satisfaction.
While we work we will keep project site clean.
End of each day we will cleanup project site.
End of project Double-Walk-Around: we will walk around structure twice looking for and picking up all debris.
(1) Project Installer: will perform a Quality Inspection with the customer at the end of the project correcting any customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction. If customer is not available at the end of the project the Quality Inspection will still be completed by installer.
(2) Quality Assurance Supervisor: will inspect installers work and material quality to ensure it meets APCO’s Absolute Quality Standards on full house roofing, siding and window projects.
